"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I did that weird Troy/Fire Emblem mashup that you kindly offered to proofread for me, but that I couldn't keep going because, well, my family moved to a new city and we couldn't afford internet for a long while ;_; Once I got my internet back, I tought "the fanfiction ship has sailed!", and with good reason, since I just couldn't remember enough of the game to keep doing the story...
