I had the most insane urge to draw someone really poofy-dress-princessy, and you don't get much more poofy-dressed-princessy than Elincia. I drew this before the Guinevere one.

You know, I have to wonder how on earth she managed to run around the entire continent in that dress, day in and day out. It just looks so impractical; imagine how filthy and gross it must have gotten by the time she switched to her armor. Unless she's a Princess Peach and has about twenty separate versions of the exact same dress and carried them with her everywhere she went.
